Thank you for shopping with Hollywood Janitorial & Restroom Supplies LLC. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our shipping procedures.
Order Processing
•Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
•Order Cut-Off Time: Orders received after 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) will be processed on the next business day.
•Order Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please note: Expedited shipping does not reduce the order processing time. It only affects the transit time once the order has been shipped.
Special Shipping Considerations
Hazardous Materials (Hazmat)
Certain products, such as some cleaning chemicals, are classified as hazardous materials by the Department of Transportation (DOT). These items are subject to special shipping regulations.
•A non-refundable Hazmat Handling Fee of $50.00 per package will be added to orders containing hazardous materials. This fee is in addition to standard shipping charges.
•Hazmat items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or to certain international destinations.
Freight and Bulk Orders
Large orders, including pallets and 55-gallon drums, will be shipped via freight carrier. These orders may require an additional handling time of 3-10 business days.
•If your delivery location does not have a loading dock, additional fees may apply.
•Shipments to residential addresses via freight carrier will incur additional charges.
Local Pickup
We offer a same-day local pickup option for customers in the Dallas, Texas area. Orders placed before 9:00 AM CT for in-stock items can be picked up the same day around 2:00 PM CT. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.
Damages
Hollywood Janitorial & Restroom Supplies LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
